Use of Website
Cottonera guarantees that all medical-grade cotton products meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Our manufacturing processes comply with international ISO standards. Customers are responsible for verifying that products meet their local regulatory requirements before use.
Intellectual Property
We export to over 30 countries. While we ensure timely dispatch from our factory in Lahore, delivery timelines are subject to shipping carrier performance and customs processing in the destination country.
- Incoterms as specified in the Proforma Invoice shall apply to all shipments.
- Title to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Product Specifications
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms (e.g., Letter of Credit, T/T) will be clearly outlined in the commercial agreement. Cottonera reserves the right to adjust pricing based on raw material market fluctuations with prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
All content on this website, including logos, designs, product names, and technical documentation, is the exclusive property of Cottonera Private Limited. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
